25 Easy Back-to-School Dinners
I love the start of school – the beginning of autumn, it always feels like a refresher for everything. One of the best parts of this time of year (depending on where you live, of course!) is the cooler weather and creating more comfort meals. Now, if you are reading this as a mother, which I suspect you probably are, then you know the stress that planning dinners can be, especially with multiple kids who are picky eaters! So, to help you come up with some dinner ideas, I have compiled a round-up of some EASY back-to-school weeknight dinners, that I hope, a few of your kids will enjoy! And if not, then maybe you can have a nice dinner with your husband as your kids eat frozen chicken nuggets for the third night in a row – no judgment, we have all been there –
SIDE DISHES FOR YOUR PICKY EATER

I know how hard it can be to find a meal that your little one will eat, never mind a fresh and healthy side. We use the same few, alternating throughout the week so they don’t get bored of the same one every night — we all know how often that can happen.
